This year’s Accelerate, powered by NetVU, is off to a strong start! During Kickoff Week, we shared our strategy and vision for the future of InsurTech, what’s new and next with Vertafore’s solutions, and made a little time to reflect and recharge.
Here’s a look at some of what got us most excited:
#1 Accelerate Kickoff Week keynote
During our keynote on Tuesday, May 25, attendees saw first looks at Vertafore MarketTrends and the latest generation of WorkSmart 7, two cloud-based, UX-driven solutions that are helping agencies improve productivity, pave the way for growth and deliver even more value to their clients.
Vertafore CEO Amy Zupon also highlighted the insurance agencies recognized as leaders in the 2020 Best Practice Study from Reagan Consulting and the Big “I”. This comprehensive report recognizes the top performing agencies across the U.S. by compiling benchmarking data on key metrics of agency performance. We are proud to share that in the 2020 report, five of the six top performing agencies leverage Vertafore solutions.
Additionally, we unveiled our vision and long-term strategy to continue to innovate and invest in products and solutions that drive real value for our customers. Watch this video to learn more about how we plan to power the potential of the independent agent.
#2 Product sessions and updates
Every year during Accelerate we look forward to sharing what’s new and next for our suite of solutions. This week, we shared updates on QQCatalyst, AIM, Sagitta, AMS360, BenefitPoint, WorkSmart, RiskMatch, PL Rating, Vertafore Client Communications, and more.
#3 Tech modernization
During the “Behind the scenes: the technology of a modern agency” session, Vertafore’s Greg Ingino and Andrew McCulloch outlined investments Vertafore is making on the foundation of our technology in order to support the solutions our 20,000+ agencies customers need to modernize their business.
Greg and Andrew shared the following:
- An update on the company’s strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the leading cloud services provider for more than a decade — to enhance product performance and innovation.
- Vertafore’s robust investment in UX and seamless integrations across Vertafore’s suite of solutions to provide users with the industry’s most modern and intuitive technology experience.
- The latest on Vertafore’s Titan technology — our flexible, modern product development platform — that is enabling Vertafore to deploy secure, innovative solutions faster than ever before.
#4 Updates to our Orange Partner Program
Recent advances in Vertafore’s open, API-driven architecture strategy ensures customers can get the most out of their Vertafore products and access a wide range of additional business solutions through the Vertafore Orange Partners Program.
We were proud to highlight some new partnerships in the Vertafore Orange Partner Program during our “API Strategy: Orange Partner Proofpoints” session on Thursday, May 27. These partners include ClarionDoor®, iAutomate Surety, Inteveo, LLC, Pathway, PerfectQuote®, Forge3®, and InsuredMine. We also announced a new category of Orange Partner, the Professional Services Partners, that provide service offerings that complement the solutions Vertafore customers use every day. These new partners are Angela Adams Consulting, Archway, Cover Desk, and WAHVE®.

With any busy conference week, we always make time for a little fun and relaxation. We enjoyed taking a moment to decompress and clear our minds during the rush of the sessions this week with a meditation session.
