Our experienced data conversion experts work with you every step of the way to safely move your data and minimize the impact on your staff.

From planning to preparation to execution, our dedicated project leaders and migration specialists will coordinate efforts with your staff and our conversion team, to give you the right amount of time to review the full set of your converted data before live migration. Our end-to-end solution includes:

  • Pre Migration (Phase 1)
    • During this phase we plan and prepare for your migration effort by discussing the intricacies of the process and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Model Office (Phase 2)
    • For the Model Office phase, we work on sample conversions into a test environment; coupled with User Acceptance Testing and Administrative training sessions.
  • Production Migration (Phase 3)
    • In the final phase, we culminate the efforts with End User training, the production migration effort, and Go Live support to ensure the project is an absolute success.
